
From May 17th to 24th, 2024, the CCP Festival returns to Beato Innovation District, in Lisbon. For its 26th edition, under the theme “Do you really want to make something new?” (Original version: Crias ou Queres?), the Board of Directors presents the program of a week of activities.

For this edition, CCP presents a program with Exhibitions, Conferences, Open Days, Ilustra 33 Hackathon, Readings, Portfolio Doctor and Gatherings, ending with the long-awaited Awards Gala and the Closing Party.

Lisbon Creative Week inaugurates on May 17th, at 6pm. During the afternoon, the 2024 publication “Folha em Branco” will be launched, honoring the advertiser Hugo Veiga. This publication, which is sponsored by Antalis and is an exclusive offer for the Club's members and strategic partners, can be picked up at the Festival on this day.
After that, this year Festival's Jury Presidents will go on stage for the Opening Conferences: “Presidents on Stage”, to give their unique views about the current global situation of design and advertising. They are Diogo Anahory, co-founder and creative director of DJ, Filipe Mesquita, co-founder and creative director of This is Pacifica, Filipa Caldeira, partner at UZER Consulting, Dani Ribeiro, CCO of WMcCann Brazil, Inês Fonseca, Head of Marketing from Johnnie Walker Iberia, and Marco Martins, director, set and co-founder of Ministério dos Filmes and Arena Ensemble.
Also on May 17th, the Shortlist of the best works of the year in Advertising, Design, Digital, Brand Experiences, Media, Craft and Integration and Innovation will be published online, and the Exhibitions of the 26th CCP Festival will be inaugurate: Shortlist Exhibition, which includes all physical pieces shortlisted in the Design category, ADCE 2023 Winners Exhibition, with the presentation of all gold-winning projects from the 32nd edition of the ADCE Awards (part of Green Futures Program), the Festival will also held the exhibition “Judging the market by its cover”, a commemorative exhibit of the 20th edition of Superbrands in Portugal.
At School’s Lounge, several creative schools will be able to showcase their students' best work and show all the courses and mini-courses available. Partner brands and Festival sponsors have Activation Spaces.
The entrance to the Festival opening is free, with mandatory ticket registration, and with a maximum capacity of 400 people.
On the 20th and 21st of May the CCP Open Day returns, where more than 12 companies linked to the creativity market open their doors to welcome young students, professionals and curious people. The initiative is free and offers young people the opportunity to get closer to the job market reality and allows companies to contact new talents. Entries are limited, depending on the company availability. Registered participants must go to the creative company on the scheduled day and time, with mandatory registration.
Also on May 21st, at 6 pm, Clube will once again feature an APAP CCP Talk, sponsored by Antalis and supported by Sagres, at the Festival venue. The gathering will address and discuss “The cost of invisibility”, with the guest speakers Nicolas Grassi, independent strategist, and Pedro Almeida, CEO of Mediaprobe. The talk will be followed by a dinner at Praça restaurant and tickets can now be purchased.
May 22nd is dedicated to young creatives, with the return of Ilustra 33, Portfolio Doctor and Alta Voz in live format.
The Ilustra 33 Hackathon by EDP, curated by Jorge Silva of the studio Silvadesigners, will once again bring together the best illustration students from 10 national creative schools, inviting them to illustrate the Festival theme “Crias ou Queres?”. The illustrations will be later integrated in the Ilustra 33 exhibition, which can be visited in the online gallery on the CCP website.
Portfolio Doctor is a free activity where more than 16 creative directors will give 15-minute consultations to improve the portfolios of young creatives. The activity takes place from 11am to 6pm and participants must register at one of the available time-slots.
Alta Voz is a stage open to CCP members to inspire, share ideas, promote and provoke. It takes place live for the first time and, this year, it is dedicated to schools. From 11 am to 4 pm, creative schools take the stage and bring topics for discussion that are of interest to teachers and students. Tickets to attend the presentations are free with mandatory registration.
On the same day, from 6pm to 8pm, Hora Feliz - Readings and Drinks returns for its second edition, this time in a new space: Poets&Painters Creative Room. This initiative will bring together creatives and friends who have a special love for writing and words, with the support of Poets&Painters and Sagres. A free activity with limited capacity and mandatory registration.
May 23rd is dedicated to the CCP Conferences. The Board invites the entire community to a day dedicated to inspiration and reflection. The speakers already confirmed are Christina Miller, Chief Social Officer of EMEA VML (United Kingdom), Leo Porto and Filipe Rocha, founders and creative directors of PORTO ROCHA (USA), Lucy von Sturmer, CEO of Creatives for Climate (NL) and Green Future member, the The F Side Collective (PT) and Saulo Rocha, CCO of DAVID Madrid (ES). Cátia Domingues, Cláudio Almeida, Joana Marques, Miguel Góis and Ricardo Araújo Pereira, screenwriters for Isto é Gozar com Quem Trabalha, close the day of conferences with a session dedicated to Humor in Advertising.
The conferences take place from 10am to 8pm and the daily ticket costs €50 / €30 for the morning or afternoon, being completely free for CCP members and students, depending on the room capacity.
The CCP Awards Gala Ceremony will take place on May 24th, the date on which the awards for the seven categories of the 26th CCP 2024 Competition are announced and the winners of the Grand Prix for Good, Grand Prix Journalists and Grand Prix CCP 2024 are revealed.
That same night, the Young Lions talents representing Portugal in Cannes this year, the winners of the Zona II scholarships program and the winners of the four CCP 2024 Open Briefs will go on stage, showcasing the young talents who best answered the APAJO, LEROY MERLIN, Superbrands Portugal and Zippy briefs.
The week ends with the Closing Party, in the Fábrica do Pão lounge space, with the sound of the OCD Sound System DJ set - Carolina Pinheiro & Pedro Ramos, Bruno Ferreira & João Abreu.
Entry is free for Gala guests and Clube’s members, with invitation and pre-registration with limited capacity.
The “Clube da Criatividade” Festival app is now available and can be downloaded for IOS or Android, with the entire program and links to registration and tickets.
