‘Do Perpétuo Instante’ was an exhibition that brought together a series of works created around a poem by Herberto Hélder, one of which was ‘Etéreo’.

It's a journey through Herberto's poetics, delving into the poem's various layers of meaning, following, or not, the profusion of images he summons throughout the text. The result can therefore not be read as a visual translation of the poem, but as the creation of a complementary body that is rooted in it, writes Francisco Feio. The meaning of the poem, like that of the images, is not fixed. It changes with each reading, with each intonation, with each fold of the tongue through the texture of the text.
