The 17 years of work have made for an irregular path, perhaps leading me to become the multidisciplinary creative I am today. My connection to music and arts started soon after college, in 2005, through graphic production and cultural events production. But writing – simultaneously ever-present and nourished in Lux Frágil, Público/P3, Rua de Baixo and Bloop Recordings' editorial projects – soon brought me back to the area of my training: having attended Journalism and Audiovisual & Multimedia courses, and after getting a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication plus a Degree in Advertising, I formally turned to Copywriting in 2009 at Winicio and its partner consultancy agency Sair da Casca, dedicated to sustainability, social impact campaigns and editorial projects. Then continued my path at Tux&Gill, Moon Lisboa, GrandUnion/Fullsix and joined creative development teams for international brands such as Red Bull (spearheading several projects connected to Red Bull Music Academy, RBMA Radio and Red Bull House of Arts) and FOX Networks Group (at FOX Creative, the in-house creative agency for FOX and National Geographic channels in Portugal). The path I initially took in connection with culture still sets the tone for my work, in my personal sphere, through ceramics and traditional arts studies, and professionally, through editorial and branded content, design and branding strategies, brand experience stunts connected to art as a vehicle, and occasional advertising campaigns. Through these activities I have developed an almost 7 year relationship with Solid Dogma, part of Vhils Group, acting first as freelancer and then as Copywriter, Strategist and Supervisor dedicated to clients such as Netflix, EDP, Worten, Super Bock Group (Coruja, Vitalis, Pedras Salgadas), SEAT, Octant Hotels, Sandeman. I always searched for side projects, for growth sake and around inspiring people. So I got invested with CCP, as Board Member of Clube da Criatividade de Portugal from 2014-2018. Also taught at EDIT, at ESCS and was a guest teacher at the Portuguese Catholic University from 2018 to 2021.Today I’m an independent multidisciplinary creative, strategist, ceramics student/resident at Curva Atelier and Consultant Creative Director for Burel Factory, available for Freelance projects. And I’m just at my beginning.

Woolclopedia and a quick mashup
Burel Factory is a vessel of wool knowledge and textile heritage from the Portuguese mountains, embodying centuries old artisanal processes and machinery that keeps craft patrimony and traditions alive, threading its legacy by investing in innovation and in the science behind the wool. That’s something to fall in love with. For that, Wooclopedia marks a new chapter in Burel Factory’s history, as a concept that encapsulates a new business area for the brand from Serra da Estrela — clothing —, and mine: starting as a Consultant Creative Director in an in-house experience by the invitation of Isabel Costa, who leads with heart and mastery a vibrant factory and branch of many textile entrepreneurships from design to architecture, fashion to home decor. This moment allowed me to start a beautiful collaboration with Filipa Homem and Mafalda Fialho, enabling their fashion design concepts, vision and fashion design creative direction, taking in the brand’s philosophy and essence to create a campaign strategy and creative launch for this first drop — considering a repositions ahead. Woolclopedia tells the wool heritage stories through a limited edition clothing collection, enabled by its own graphic identity, store activation, a newspaper (fashion editorial homage), a photoshoot campaign and editorial content on a new website, packaging postcards and a dedicated Instagram campaign. A work proudly done with them and also win collaboration with Romeu Lebres, Mafalda Moura and Ines Catana from the Marketing team, the most talented designer Diogo Potes and with the creative support of Maria Rita Photo, Sara Soares, Luís Pinheiro and Ana Braga on shooting team.I here share a bit of the project (on top) and a mashup of others I hold dear, following. For more detail info and portfolio, feel free to get in touch. Thank you, Ana.
